Alex and I took a hike in the woods to a tower to see the entire area, our suburb and downtown Vienna. The video is a little rough, but it was an amazing view.

I made it!

After 16 hours and 3 flight I have arrived at my destination. Brigitte, Alex and Kordula were waiting for me at the Vienna airport. I was so happy to see people that I knew and that spoke english. We drove through downtown Vienna, it is so impressive and I am excited to start school and explore the city.
The family is wonderful, they are very kind and seem to adjust easily to a new person in their home. The house is great, I have the bottom floor to myself. I am unpacking this afternoon and getting organized.
This morning Brigette, Alex and I took Kordy to her ice skating lessons. She is an impressive little skater. Meanwhile Alex taught me how to ice skate, I am not too bad. It was a beautiful day and after getting comfortable, it became very relaxing to be skating outside.
Still adjusting, but I know that I will like it here. Once I learn some German!
